Every page will have a opening like this to provide information, to help you tap into the "Other Powers" that will get you on track and keep you there.
Tools

Let me start with a story:There are dozens of other powers you can use to augment or replace your willpower.  They've been added to this list gradually as they are written.  They are presented in no particular order since what will work for you may not work best for someone else.

To help you find the "powers" that will work best for you, the titles of each chapter attempt to describe the power in a few words.  If you decide a power title looks interesting, click on it!

In the chapter, you'll see a box at the top to quickly provide you with some brief information that may help you decide if you wish to read further.  The information is:
  • How long will it take to read this chapter?
  • If there is an activity, how long might that take?
  • A one paragraph summary of the chapter's contents.
Below that will be a designation indicating whether or not the chapter is for people who are trying to:
  • do something new
    • write a book
    • approach somebody new at a gathering to say hello
  • do something consistently or more often
    • Call your mother
    • make plans with close friends
  • keep doing something
    • be chill while driving in traffic
    • save 10% of your income
  • stop doing something
    • eating ice cream before bed
    • being sarcastic with my family
  • do something less frequently
    • buy a second non-fat caramel latte
    • hang out with toxic people
If you do find a designation category that really works for you, please select all the chapters that have that designation by clicking on the link in the right column.
